Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Jewels
Carefully place the jewelry in its original Slide Jewels gift box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
